On behalf of the AboutFace Board of Directors, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Namrit Sidhu and Adriana Lombardo as Co-Executive Directors and Program Managers.

Together, Namrit and Adriana bring strong programming expertise and community development experience to the roles and have been integral to advancing our strategic direction and progress.

Both joined AboutFace in 2021. In that time, Namrit has expanded our outreach to, and integration with, stakeholder communities including national employers, allied health professionals and global face equality advocates. Adriana has strengthened our children and youth programming through tireless outreach and unique initiatives such as Trailblazers training to recreational organizations nationwide, enabling them to provide inclusive programming in their own communities.

As a small organization with outsized impact, AboutFace relies on partnerships with allies across the country to deliver on our mission. As a team, Namrit and Adriana will focus on expanding these partnerships to accelerate our work in attacking the systemic barriers too often encountered by Canadians with a facial difference.

We are excited for this next chapter in AboutFace’s evolution. Please join me in congratulating Namrit and Adriana on their new roles.
