Nevoid Basal-Cell Carcinoma Syndrome, also known as Gorlin Syndrome, Gorlin-Goltz Syndrome, and Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome. Patients with this syndrome are predisposed to cancer and congenital malformations. Characteristic features of this syndrome include jaw cysts, multiple basal cell carcinomas (at an early age), palmar pits (depressions in the skin of the palms), and a family history of the syndrome.
