Ross Piel is excited for the opportunity to speak to the community on December 2nd about negative self-talk.

While writing the webinar, Ross met a friendly bear named Ralph who wanted to help out, since Ross was nervous about doing it on his own. They both want to provide tips that they wish someone had given them when they were younger.
