The My Difference Should Make No Difference campaign addresses gaps in protections for facial difference community members in workplaces and promotes the advancement of facial differences as a protected category under Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies. Comprised of a series of videos, stories, and Human Resources publications, through the campaign we educate and advocate for secure, safe work opportunities.
